Yes! Our tours include comfortable and biker-friendly hotel accommodations, ensuring you get proper rest after a long ride.

We recommend that riders have basic motorcycle handling experience. However, we offer tours suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders.

We recommend bringing:
✔ A valid motorcycle license
✔ Riding gear (helmet, gloves, jacket, boots)
✔ Personal essentials and travel documents
✔ Adventure spirit and enthusiasm!

TERMS

In this Fair Trading Policy (“Terms”):

“You” and “Your” refer to the customer; “Tour” is the motorcycle tour selected from this website, and “We”, “Us” and “Our” refer to Wild Bikers Limited. A per-person, per-tour deposit is required at the time of booking. We will accept and confirm Your booking only if You duly complete and irrevocably sign the liability waiver form provided, and return it to Us together with the completed booking form and the deposit, to the address specified in the booking documentation.

BALANCE PAYMENT

An invoice/booking confirmation will be issued and must be paid in full at least 8 weeks prior to departure (or earlier for certain FlyRide or special event tours). Failure to do so will result in cancellation of Your booking.

INSURANCE FOR TOURS IN EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE  WORLD

You are required to arrange breakdown and/or repatriation insurance for Your motorcycle. We strongly recommend that You also obtain separate medical insurance with emergency coverage.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

Tours are arranged well in advance, and occasional modifications may be necessary. While most changes will be minor, any significant change—such as departure date or location, destination, downgrade of the main hotel, or removal of a key destination—will be communicated as early as possible.

In the event of a significant change, You may choose to:
a) continue with the revised tour,
b) accept an alternative tour of similar value, or
c) cancel the booking with a full refund.

If You choose (a) or (b), You will receive compensation as outlined below:

CANCELLATION BY US

Wild Bikers Limited reserves the right to cancel a tour with a minimum of six weeks’ notice, in which case all payments made will be fully refunded. If the minimum number of participants is not met, You may be offered:
a) a full refund,
b) a comparable alternative tour, or
c) the option to pay a supplement to allow the tour to proceed.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g. traffic, mechanical failure, or flight delays). Any additional costs for accommodation, meals, or transport due to delays will be Your responsibility.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

UK passport holders require only a valid passport for entry into EU countries. If You hold a non-UK passport, it is Your responsibility to obtain the necessary travel documentation and visas. If You are denied entry due to missing documents, You will still be liable for the full tour cost, subject to cancellation rights as outlined herein.

For tours outside the EU, You must ensure that You hold all appropriate visas for the countries visited.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

If eligible, You must obtain a Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). This card covers many healthcare expenses within the EU but does not cover repatriation, for which You should purchase personal medical and travel insurance that includes motorcycle accident coverage and emergency return.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We aim to deliver the services as described in the tour materials. However, we cannot be held responsible for the following:

1. Temporary unavailability of hotel amenities due to maintenance (e.g. lifts, pools, etc.)

2. Services affected by adverse weather conditions

3. Delays or cancellations by third-party providers

We are responsible only for services We are contractually obliged to provide. We are not liable for death, injury, or illness arising from activities that fall outside of the official tour itinerary.

SURCHARGES

We will absorb any price increases up to 2% of the total tour cost. Increases above 2% may result in a surcharge if they occur more than six weeks before departure. You will have the right to cancel the tour without penalty should this occur.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

You may transfer the booking to another individual with at least two weeks’ notice, subject to our approval. All changes (excluding motorcycle details) are subject to a £35 administration fee.

FINANCIAL PROTECTION

Wild Bikers Limited provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. All participants are fully insured for:

• Initial deposit

• Final tour balance

• Repatriation in case of company insolvency

Exclusions: This policy does not cover travel insurance purchased separately or flights. If You have booked air travel, ensure Your provider is ATOL/CAA bonded.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If You believe Wild Bikers Limited has failed to meet its obligations, please submit Your complaint in writing within one month of the tour’s end, stating Your tour reference and departure date. We will respond as promptly as possible.
